Pickup and return time: 08:30-22:30
Rental duration: If the bike is not returned overnight, it will be counted as the second day. For example, if you pick up the bike at 22:00 and return it at 10:00 the next day, it will be charged as 2 days (overnight counts as the second day).
Required documents: Taiwan residents must provide a national ID card; foreign travelers must provide an original passport.
Rental fee: NT$ 1,200 for the first 3 days, and NT$ 200 for each additional day.
Additional fees: If you are more than 15 minutes late for the scheduled pickup time, an additional fee of NT$ 200 per hour will be charged. The staff will wait for a maximum of 1 hour before leaving. You can still pick up the bike, but bike usage instructions and troubleshooting assistance will not be provided.

- If the number of days for pre-rental exceeds 16 days (inclusive), please contact customer service
- Before departure, please confirm that the vehicle, transmission system, tools and accessories provided are all in working order.
- After the bicycle is rented, the hotel is not responsible for its safekeeping; if the bicycle is lost or damaged during the rental period, the renter shall bear the responsibility for compensation.
- If the accessories provided cannot be used due to wear and tear (batteries, inner tubes), you need to purchase spare parts to replace them.
- In case of collision, damage, overturning, theft or other accidents, please report it immediately and notify customer service for repair and processing.

Compensation
The renter is responsible for the safekeeping of the bicycle and its internal and external accessories. In the event of damage or theft, the renter will be responsible for all related compensation costs, amounting to 85% of the listed price.

Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations 8 day(s) (inclusive) before the selected date are allowed. Unused orders can be canceled for free
- Cancellation is not allowed between 0–7 days from the selected date. Orders cannot be canceled or modified, and refunds will not be granted.
- Due to time zone differences, the confirmed cancellation date is based on the supplier’s local time. Please allow 2–5 business days to process your cancellation request, after which the cancellation fee will be charged according to the product’s cancellation policy. Once your refund request is confirmed, KKday will initiate the refund to your original payment method within 15 days. The actual refund timing depends on your card-issuing bank’s policy.
