Bad weather arrangements: If the Hong Kong Observatory still hoists Typhoon Signal No. 3 or above, red or black rainstorm warning signal one hour before the assembly time, the departure will be canceled (Typhoon Signal No. 1 and Yellow Rainstorm Warning Signal will depart as usual). Passengers can participate in other itineraries of the company within 2 months with the receipt. If the Observatory hoists a No. 3 or black rainstorm signal during a group trip, the trip will be canceled immediately to ensure the safety of passengers, and the relevant group fees will not be refunded.
If the passenger cancels or is absent before departure, all fees paid by the passenger will not be refunded, and the company will not be held responsible for this.
