- Children under 6 years old are admitted free of charge when using an existing bed.
- While pets are allowed, please let us know in the remarks column when making a reservation.
- The number of sites that allow pets is limited.
- Please note that pets are not allowed on beds.
- Please bring a meal for your pet.

In case of stormy weather, please stay at a hotel in the Appi Area out of safety. (Hotel accommodations will be on a half board basis.)
In case of bad weather or low temperatures, it is possible to change to a hotel room depending on availability. Please feel free to contact hotel staff for change of accommodation.

- For cancellations made 3 to 7 days prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 20% will apply
- For cancellations made 1 to 2 days prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 50% will apply
- Cancellation is not allowed between 0–0 days from the selected date. Orders cannot be canceled or modified, and refunds will not be granted.
- Due to time zone differences, the confirmed cancellation date is based on the supplier’s local time. Please allow 2–5 business days to process your cancellation request, after which the cancellation fee will be charged according to the product’s cancellation policy. Once the cancellation is confirmed, you will receive your refund within 14 working days.
