We received a thoughtful reminder the day before about the check-in time and location. The crew and tour guide were very considerate of everyone during the trip. The journey was smooth, but some people still vomited on board. Don't eat too much for breakfast, or you'll hear a symphony of voices coming one after another (XD). The car rental service on both islands was excellent. The Seven Meadows, Wan An Flower House, Green Turtle Centre, and other scenic spots were truly unforgettable. The kids all said they wanted to come back and bought a bunch of souvenirs.
The itinerary was packed with activities, and the boat departed on time. Both Tongpan and Hujing are worth visiting; the blue skies and white clouds made for beautiful scenery, and the Tropic of Capricorn-themed landscaping was a great spot for photos.
The tour guide's stories about Penghu were captivating. The basalt geology and various rock formations of Penghu are truly unique. The fireworks festival is incredibly lively, like a celebration of Dad's birthday. The azure sea and sky blend seamlessly, and the pollution-free cactus garden is relaxing and soothing.
At the fireworks festival in early June, you can avoid the crowds and secure a good spot at the Guanyin Pavilion. Compared to other ships, our ship had very few people on the foredeck, making for a very comfortable experience! Although it drizzled, the experience was fantastic! It was a bit of a shame that we couldn't hear the music from the venue because we were at sea.
