The driver drove safely, and the whole trip was very enjoyable! The driver was friendly and provided helpful information!

It was a trip with my family and relatives, a total of six people. We communicated with our driver, Tom, using a translation app, but there were no problems. He drove safely, and we felt at ease during the ride. I had trouble finding the sweets I wanted to buy, but Tom found them for me and took me there. I am truly grateful. If I have the opportunity to go to Taiwan again, I would like to ask Tom to be our driver again! Thank you for a wonderful trip.

Four-year-olds can enjoy many rides with a one-day pass, which is very cost-effective. The weather was a bit cool that day, and there weren't many people when we went in the morning. There were also plenty of seats in the restaurants.

For our family trip to Taiwan, our first time there, we arrived at the airport in the afternoon and wanted to visit Shifen and Jiufen that same day, so we made a reservation. We were invited to a LINE group chat beforehand, which made meeting up on the day of the tour very smooth. The ride was comfortable, and choosing a driver who spoke Japanese was definitely the right decision. We received a lot of information during the journey, and they also helped us with sightseeing and communication in Shifen and Jiufen. I don't think we could have managed this on our own with such a tight schedule. It was expensive, but it was definitely worth it. I recommend it for first-timers and those with tight schedules.

I recommend the Taipei Biennale; there are many interesting exhibits. Visiting on a weekday is less crowded and more relaxing.
