I had a pretty hectic schedule because I wanted to get all the perks, but I enjoyed each and every one of them! It was so convenient being able to enter trains and facilities with just one card. It was incredibly useful on my first trip to Taiwan!

I considered chartering a taxi, but ultimately chose this sightseeing tour because the price was attractive. This was the evening session. [Good points] - Since the meeting time is in the afternoon, I didn't have to wake up late. - I didn't need to plan the tour schedule myself. - The tour guide explained the route and recommended places. - The tour bus was spacious with high ceilings, so it didn't feel cramped. [Unexpected points] - The sightseeing spots were crowded, so the free time was shorter than expected (especially Yehliu and Shifen). - When other tour members were late for the meeting time, it caused inconvenience due to the waiting time. - There are many similar buses, so be careful not to get on the wrong one. This tour is suitable for those who want to visit many famous landmarks rather than spending time sightseeing in one place. I used this tour with my family, who were visiting Taipei for the first time, and we were very satisfied. Thank you!

The tour was led by Ms. Qiu, a cheerful and unpretentious Japanese-speaking guide. She explained the differences between life in Japan and Taiwan, as well as the history of Jiufen and Shifen, during our journey (with time to conserve energy). She carefully pointed out our current location, meeting point, and restroom locations using a map. She even accompanied us from the parking lot to the main sightseeing spots, followed by free time. Although I was with someone who wasn't particularly physically fit, we were given enough time to see almost everything. She even showed us one of the most beautiful views at the end. Since there weren't many tour participants, we were able to ask about nearby night markets and souvenir recommendations, and she was very helpful. We went on a weekday, but public transportation was crowded with long queues, so I highly recommend considering this option if you're undecided. You're guaranteed a seat, and it's cool in the summer!
