The weather was beautiful during our trip, and the endless sea in Okinawa was absolutely stunning. Our tour guide, Emi, provided excellent service and used a Line group chat to minimize waiting times for our group members. The day trip was great value for money, and I would definitely book it again for my next trip.
Because there were so many people, we were lucky enough to be part of a small group of Taiwanese people and travel in a small 9-seater vehicle. The customer service staff and our guide, Momo, were both very nice. Momo is Chinese, so our conversations in Mandarin were very smooth. She also shared information about transportation to Senaga Island, allowing us to get there smoothly even without prior planning. At each photo spot, she proactively took photos for us and even gave us DMM and ice cream coupons. It's a very comfortable option if you're not driving.
The pick-up and drop-off service at Chiling Station was very convenient. I rented a brand new car with less than 30 kilometers on it – it looked great! The interior was spacious. The staff were very friendly and polite. The car had CarPlay, and I could borrow a cable to use it immediately – very convenient.
The driver was very nice and a skilled driver. Using the QR code for tickets was very convenient; at Okinawa World, you just scanned the code and got your ticket. The DM (Okinawa World) ticket counter required scanning the QR code, which was more troublesome as you needed to download the Okinawa app for the guided tour. The lunch break was only one hour, which was very short. Since other tour buses also went to the fish market, we had to buy lunch and find seats to eat as well. We almost missed the hour! Everything else was great.
Located near the airport and offering large luggage lockers, it's a great last stop before heading back to the airport. The park isn't very large, but it offers several animal interactions and feeding activities, making for a wonderful experience.
