The vehicle was clean and comfortable; riding in it on a rainy day alleviated the gloom of bad weather after getting off a plane.

The price was reasonable, and the service was convenient. Friendly staff at the boarding area were there to assist you. The direct ride from the airport to your hotel felt like having a private car – so convenient! The only minor drawback was that the airport boarding area was a bit far from immigration and involved navigating between different terminals, which made me, someone with a poor sense of direction, a little disoriented on my first trip. The boarding instructions are clearly explained on the website; it's best to save them on your phone beforehand. Since a printed boarding pass is required, I suggest including the same information on the pass as well.

After placing an order, the customer service was prompt, responsive, and attentive. The price was fair, and there was even a Chinese-speaking customer service representative, so there were no language barriers. It will be my top choice for my next trip abroad!

The ride from the airport to American Village was generally good, and the driver was friendly and attentive. Highly recommended.
