It's more convenient to have tickets distributed in advance, as there are usually large crowds at the venue. If you've already ordered online, you can simply scan the code for entry, which is extremely convenient.
Originally a little worried seeing the number of reviews here, but compared to the next platform and a little cheaper, so ordered this. (The next platform has an event photos are the same as this, in fact should really be the same) The disadvantage is that I registered the day before, but all day even until 6 am on the day of the event did not receive anyone sent me whatsapp notification to pick me up time, Eventually pickup started at 7:00 and it took about 1 and a half hours to arrive at the event. Will directly take the same car for sand rushing activities, it is recommended to sit in the front seat, photography and video view is better. This will be followed by sandboarding, but no action like skiing. Next is to go to the camp to ride a camel 4WD (additional fee of 100AED) at the camp will be given bottled water. There is a charge for photos of the camel ride, 50AED eventually back to the city around 12am. 2026/February European and American customers wear short-sleeved shorts sportswear; Asians wear T shirt + shirt thin jacket, long pants. Personally, I think it will be cool in the morning, to wear thin long sleeves. Sand rushing activity shorts personally think it's also possible. But the shoes will really get into the sand, back to the hotel to handle well. There is no problem of getting into the sand with contact lenses.
There was no need to exchange tickets, and I was able to easily enter by showing the QR code at the entrance gate. I think you can enter even if you purchase on the day, but depending on the time of day you may have to line up, so I think purchasing in advance will save time.
