とにかく最初からやり取りが面倒なことと 何回聞いても荷物の受け取り場所を 教えてくれず 松山空港に荷物が届く場所を空港に到着した際に 写真が送られてきて走って取りに行きました。。 指定した時間を無視して自分達の都合で 荷物を持ってくるのでもう2度と使うことはありません。 エージェントが待ち合わせ場所を指定してこないのでここにいるって写真送っても来なかった。海外のサービスは時間にルーズなのは認識していましたが、空港でアナウンスされたのは初めてです。
