- Once ordered, dates/passenger counts/ticket types/room types cannot be changed. Please confirm that the passenger count and ticket specifications are correct before placing your order. Thank you for your understanding.
- THSR seats are automatically assigned by the system. We cannot guarantee consecutive seating, nor can we specify seats or carriages. If you have a need for consecutive seating, please state it in the remarks field, but the actual arrangement will be subject to the system's seat assignment.
- If you need to change your train, please contact KKday customer service 8 days before departure. Changes are limited to one time only; no changes will be accepted within 7 days of departure.
- THSR booking dates open 29 days before the departure date. You can place an order 29 days in advance, but we cannot guarantee that THSR seats will be obtained.
- Because THSR tickets can only be booked within 29 days (including the day of travel), if the 29th day falls on a Friday or Saturday, tickets can flexibly be booked up to Sunday. If your requested itinerary date exceeds the booking window, our order processing staff will prioritize booking your requested train once the window opens, but this is subject to the actual seat availability obtained by the staff.
- Due to different regional and hotel system attributes, if you have special requests (such as one double bed/two single beds, baby cribs, etc.), please submit them when placing your order. We will request them from the hotel, but fulfillment depends on the hotel's occupancy status. We apologize for any inconvenience.
- Purchasing a child 'no-bed' option only includes insurance and administrative fees. If a THSR ticket is needed, you can select it when choosing the number of tickets. Any other incidental expenses must be settled on-site.
- Child no-bed: This means the child does not occupy a bed. If you decide to have 2 children share one bed, please select 1 child + 1 child no-bed. A maximum of 2 children no-bed is allowed (if there are additional restrictions on the number of people, please see the child definition description for each product). Children no-bed do not include hotel meals, facility usage, or amenities.
- Placing an order for a package does not mean the booking is complete. You must wait for the order processing staff to confirm and issue a voucher to indicate a successful purchase. If you have any doubts, please do not place an order.
- To book wheelchair-accessible seats on the train, please contact the ticket window at any station or call the THSR customer service hotline (4066-3000). Travel agencies do not provide wheelchair seat booking services. Thank you for your understanding.

Before purchasing this product, please read the booking instructions and related agreements carefully. If the purchaser is not the passenger, the purchaser acts as an agent and is obligated to fully inform the passenger of the itinerary. Once you click to agree, the booking instructions and restrictions are legally binding on the passenger, and we will not accept any defense of ignorance or lack of understanding from the passenger later.
If you purchased a 'Concession Ticket/Senior Ticket', please be sure to carry valid identification on the day of departure for THSR station staff to verify. If you fail to provide identification or if there is any discrepancy, THSR reserves the right to refuse boarding. You will need to purchase another THSR ticket to board, and the original THSR holiday ticket cannot be refunded.
Nangang, Taipei, and Banqiao stations cannot be used as both the departure and arrival stations for any trip (e.g., a trip arriving at Taipei Station cannot depart from Nangang or Banqiao).
The price includes one full-fare round-trip THSR standard carriage reserved seat ticket. The travel date must coincide with the hotel check-in or itinerary start date. A single order is limited to the same departure and destination stations, and passengers must travel on the same train. If you need to delay your return, please arrange your own hotel return transfer. This package is for round-trip tickets and cannot be refunded for a single leg.
The THSR tickets included in this package are discounted fares, valid only for the specified date and train. They are non-transferable and will not be reissued if lost; please keep them safe. Tickets that are altered, defaced, illegible, or photocopied will be considered invalid.
If the itinerary includes accommodation, check-in and check-out times are subject to hotel policies. For itineraries including accommodation, promotional room types are limited in quantity, and actual available room types depend on sales status; they cannot be changed to other room types.
For departures 29 days or more in advance, please fill in 2-3 preferred THSR train times for both departure and return in the 'Order Remarks'. The actual train times obtained will be subject to confirmation by customer service.

- Please use your physical ticket or mobile e-ticket to enter the THSR station.
- THSR bookings are only available for dates within 29 days of the departure date. If your travel date is not within 29 days, we will book your tickets and send them out once the booking window opens.
- All passengers in the same order must board and alight at the same stations; it is not possible to board or alight at different stations.
- THSR Holiday packages are special ticket programs with fixed departure and arrival stations. For example, if you choose to depart from Taipei and stay at a hotel in Kaohsiung, the outbound ticket will be from Taipei to Zuoying, and the return ticket will be from Zuoying to Taipei. No refunds will be provided for getting off at intermediate stations, and any travel beyond the designated stations will require payment of the fare difference according to official THSR announcements.
- THSR Holiday tickets are discounted tickets and are valid only for the specified train on the date of travel.

- THSR Holiday Cancellation Notes -
- According to THSR Holiday ticket regulations, no single leg of the journey can be refunded.
- All refunds must be processed through KKday; THSR station ticket counters cannot process refunds or exchanges.
- Note: Per THSR Holiday ticket regulations, if multiple people are booked under the same order, any refund or exchange must be processed for the entire group. Individual refunds or exchanges are not permitted, and a processing fee will be charged for all passengers. We apologize for any inconvenience.
- THSR Holiday Cancellation Policy -
- Please contact KKday customer service first if you need to cancel your order.
- Due to administrative processing times, the cancellation policy will be based on the text below. Cancellation requests are only accepted daily between 08:30 and 16:00. Requests submitted after these hours will be considered as having been submitted on the following day.
- If physical THSR tickets have already been issued, an additional cancellation fee of NTD 20 per ticket will be charged (round-trip tickets count as 2 tickets).
- 8 days or more before the check-in date (excluding the check-in date): Free cancellation.
- 4 to 7 days before the check-in date (excluding the check-in date): A 30% cancellation fee of the total cost will be charged.
- Within 3 days before the check-in date (excluding the check-in date): A 70% cancellation fee of the total cost will be charged.
- On the check-in date: A 100% cancellation fee of the total cost will be charged, and the check-in date cannot be changed.
- (Example: For a departure on 12/8, changes or cancellations made before 11/30 are free; changes or cancellations made between 12/1 and 12/4 will incur a 30% fee; changes or cancellations made between 12/5 and 12/7 will incur a 70% fee.)
