Meal contents may change due to ingredient availability. Additionally, as this is a group package arrangement, we cannot accept changes to the meal menu. Changes to meals due to food allergies or religious reasons will incur a fee of 1,500 yen per meal, and any price difference will be charged at cost. Please note that lunch for all 4 days is a bento box, so changes cannot be made.
Room assignments and room types at accommodations are at our discretion. If using a Japanese-style room, you may be required to lay out your own futon. *If a Japanese-Western room is used, you may also need to lay out your own futon for the Japanese-style portion. Even if you book for 2-4 or more people per room, we may provide extra beds (including sofa beds) or separate rooms. Some rooms at the accommodation on the 3rd day have only a shower booth and no bathtub. In that case, please use the large public bath. Room layouts and views from rooms vary by accommodation.
The '36 Plus 3' used on this course is a Green Car seat plan, not a private room (lunch/dinner) plan. Meals for the '36 Plus 3' travel product planned and operated by JR Kyushu are not included for any of the 4 sections.
Bus and train seats may be shared with other customers. Even if you book as a group, we may not be able to provide side-by-side seating. All train seats are reserved, and seat assignments are left to our discretion. Seat types and views vary depending on the seat. You will be responsible for carrying your own luggage when boarding and transferring trains. Some stations are not equipped with elevators or escalators, so we recommend bringing luggage that is easy to carry. If you wish to bring luggage with total dimensions exceeding 160cm onto the Kyushu Shinkansen, advance reservation is required, so please consult with us via the chat box in advance.
Due to schedule adjustments, etc., there may be cases where the boarding sections, boarding dates, or stations are changed, or the train used is changed. Also, there is a possibility of suspension due to weather. Please note that the content of services provided at intermediate stations may differ from the advance information due to circumstances.
If you are unable to arrive by the meeting time, any costs for pre-stay hotels near the station or taxi fares to the station will be at your own expense (additional charges). Furthermore, we cannot be held responsible if you miss the scheduled train due to arriving late for the meeting time. We ask for your cooperation in ensuring you are not late. If you cancel because you cannot make it to the meeting time, the standard cancellation fee will apply.
Due to unexpected traffic congestion or crowded tourist spots, we may be forced to omit certain sightseeing locations, shorten sightseeing time, or experience delays in arrival times. We cannot cover costs for accommodation, meals, or taxi fares even if arrival times are significantly delayed due to road conditions.
Depending on the number of participants, the tour may be operated by small, medium, micro-bus, or taxi.
For bookings with an odd number of people, you may be required to share transportation (bus, flight, train, etc.) with passengers of the opposite gender. Please be aware of this in advance.
