- Prohibited Actions
No Line Cutting: Cutting in line is strictly prohibited.
Keep Pathways Clear: Standing or sitting in passageways or on stairs is prohibited.
Ticketed Areas Only: Paid and sponsor seating areas are strictly for ticket holders only. Unauthorized entry will result in an immediate escort to the police.
No Trespassing: Entering restricted areas is strictly prohibited.
Designated Smoking Only: Smoking outside of designated smoking areas is prohibited.
No Open Flames: The use of fire, including handheld fireworks, is strictly prohibited.
- Garbage Policy
Take Your Trash Home: Please take all garbage home with you. Do not discard trash at the venue or on your way home.
- Safety Requests
Stay Away from Launch Zones: Do not approach the launch site or any restricted areas under any circumstances.
No Running or Pushing: Many young children and elderly guests will be in attendance. Do not push or run; please help us protect the safety of everyone.
Drink Responsibly: Excessive drinking and disruptive behavior are prohibited.
No Flash Photography: Flash photography is prohibited as it disturbs the viewing experience of others around you.
- Consideration for Others
Keep the Noise Down: Loud music players or speakers are prohibited. Shouting or making loud noises in public areas is also prohibited.
- Emergency Response
Follow Instructions: Always follow the instructions of event staff, security personnel, and police officers.
Emergency Evacuation: In the event of an emergency announcement, please remain calm and evacuate quickly according to staff instructions.
Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations 8 day(s) (inclusive) before the selected date are allowed. Unused orders can be canceled for free
- For cancellations made 3 to 7 days prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 50% will apply
- Cancellation is not allowed between 0–2 days from the selected date. Orders cannot be canceled or modified, and refunds will not be granted.
- Due to time zone differences, the confirmed cancellation date is based on the supplier’s local time. Please allow 2–5 business days to process your cancellation request, after which the cancellation fee will be charged according to the product’s cancellation policy. Once your refund request is confirmed, KKday will initiate the refund to your original payment method within 15 days. The actual refund timing depends on your card-issuing bank’s policy.
