The duration of the stay at Ginzan Onsen may be shortened depending on winter road and traffic conditions.
The iconic gas lamps are scheduled to be illuminated between 16:30 and 17:00.

Weather & Cancellation Policy:
In the event of severe weather warnings (such as heavy snowstorms), the tour may be canceled on the day of departure for safety reasons. In such cases, a full refund will be issued.
Recommended Clothing:
As most activities take place outdoors, please dress warmly in layered clothing that allows for easy body temperature adjustment. Waterproof snow boots with good grip (non-slip) are highly recommended.
Fruit Picking Alternative Policy:
If the fruit picking activity cannot be held due to fruit growth conditions, a refund of 1,000 yen per person will be provided.
Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations 21 day(s) (inclusive) before the selected date are allowed. Unused orders can be canceled for free
- For cancellations made 8 to 20 days prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 20% will apply
- For cancellations made 2 to 7 days prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 30% will apply
- For cancellations made 1 to 1 days prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 40% will apply
- For cancellations made 0 to 0 days prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 50% will apply
NOTE
- Due to time zone differences, the confirmed cancellation date is based on the supplier’s local time. Please allow 2–5 business days to process your cancellation request, after which the cancellation fee will be charged according to the product’s cancellation policy. Once your refund request is confirmed, KKday will initiate the refund to your original payment method within 15 days. The actual refund timing depends on your card-issuing bank’s policy.
