- Child Standard Price Explanation: Children under 12 years old, without a bed or breakfast, only include transportation, half-price meals, entrance tickets, reservation fees, and tour guide service. Any other expenses incurred are the responsibility of the child.
- Order of attractions: The driving time and sightseeing time in the itinerary are estimates and may vary slightly. The actual order of attractions will be subject to change based on the day's conditions (peak and off-peak seasons, traffic congestion, etc.).
- Single room supplement: (If a single room supplement is incurred, please pay it yourself): A single room supplement must be paid for single occupancy. It is recommended to prepay the single room supplement for triple occupancy. If there is no single room supplement, we will try to arrange a triple room/extra bed, but this is not guaranteed. If a triple room/extra bed is unavailable, a double room will be provided.
- Airport/train station pick-up and drop-off: Beijing Capital International Airport, Beijing Daxing International Airport, and major high-speed rail stations (each order only provides one shared airport/train station pick-up and one shared airport/train station drop-off; no refunds for unused services); if airport/train station pick-up and drop-off services are unavailable due to flight/train delays, rescheduling, or other special circumstances, the tour guide will inform guests to take a taxi to the hotel. Please keep the invoice for reimbursement.
- Hotel Notice: Some hotels require a hotel deposit upon check-in, which is normally refundable upon check-out unless there are special circumstances. Hotel check-in time is generally after 2:00 PM.
- Dining Notice: Due to Beijing's peak tourist season, queues may occur at some scenic spots and restaurants. Please follow your tour guide's instructions and queue in an orderly manner.
- Scenic Area Closure: If a scenic area is closed or under martial law, it will be subject to temporary notice, which our company cannot inform you in advance. For attractions that cannot be visited due to this, the tour guide will refund the package ticket price on-site for attractions with entrance fees. There will be no refund for free attractions. Please be aware of this.
- Ticket Reservations: During holidays, Beijing's major optional attractions are extremely crowded, and tour guides often struggle to book tickets. Therefore, some guides may have to add extra activities to their itineraries.
- Traffic Notice: Beijing traffic is congested and frequent traffic jams. Therefore, for some parts of the itinerary, the tour guide may arrange for you to get up and leave early to avoid the morning rush hour. Please understand, and please get plenty of rest tonight to conserve your energy.
- Complimentary items: No refunds for unused items; if the item cannot be used due to attraction closure or other policy reasons, no refund will be given. Thank you for your understanding.

Booking Restrictions: Seniors: Those aged 70 and above must sign a Health Certificate and be accompanied by a family member to travel; those aged 81 and above cannot be accommodated. Minors: Those under 18 years of age must be accompanied by a family member to join the tour; solo bookings cannot be accepted. Patients, Pregnant Women, and Those with Mobility Impairments: Those with serious illnesses (such as cardiovascular, respiratory, mental illness, severe anemia, post-operative recovery, etc.), pregnant women, and those with mobility impairments cannot be accommodated.
Scenic Area Validity: Entry to the scenic area requires the original ID card, passport, or Hong Kong, Macau, and Taiwan travel permit provided during booking. Any additional costs incurred due to failure to bring the correct document or incorrect document will be borne by the applicant. If you have any discount documents, please inform us in advance when registering. Refunds are calculated by subtracting the actual discounted price from the group ticket price purchased by the travel agency, and the difference will be refunded by the tour guide.
