We were extremely satisfied with the airport transfer service from our Beijing hotel! Driver Mr. Shi arrived 10 minutes early, was very polite, and even helped us with our luggage. The car was spacious, clean, and odor-free. The driver was very familiar with Beijing's roads and drove smoothly, allowing us to arrive at the terminal without any stress. The car rental company proactively contacted us via WeChat the day before to confirm the time, which was reassuring. Highly recommended!

I used this during my trip to Bangkok. Despite the low price, the connection was good and it was very convenient. The fact that everything could be handled through my smartphone thanks to the eSIM was also a big plus.

It was an amazing experience! The bus ride was perfect, very spacious. However, we struggled a bit in communicating with our tour guide as David was not very fluent in English - we booked an English guide. Hence, we were advised by him to book 2 roundtrip tickets for the chairlift and cable car (to go Up and Down the Great Wall). We were not warned that lines were too long and wouldnt be able to experience both at a good pace. Also, on the way to Mutianyu, not much were shared about the histroy of the Great Wall. It could have been a 5/5 experience if some tips or suggestions were given during the trip. But overall a superb experience!

This was my first time joining a Busa tour in Beijing, and our guide, Wanzi, was fantastic because she explained all the rules so clearly. The platform fee only includes the tour bus fare and entrance fees to attractions, so other facilities such as cable cars, boat trips, and electric cart rides require additional payment. It's important to note that this tour does not include insurance. She also repeatedly emphasized that latecomers wouldn't be waited for, which saved a lot of frustrating waiting time. As a holder of a Taiwan Compatriot Permit (01 visa), I almost never had to pay for entrance fees to the various attractions, and Wanzi even refunded me when I told her. She also responded promptly to any questions I had via WeChat. At the end of the trip, I even received a souvenir fridge magnet – great value for money!
