The cruise operates in most weather, including heavy rain (which makes the waterfalls look spectacular) . It is usually only canceled for snow, road closures, or extremely strong winds .
The experience is not fully wheelchair accessible. The upper deck of the boat requires stairs . For the coach journey, wheelchairs must be collapsible, and guests must travel with a support person.

Milford Sound is a wild, remote area. You should be aware that the region is susceptible to extreme natural events like heavy flooding, landslides, and avalanches, which can occasionally close the road networks.

- Cancellation is not allowed between 0–2 days from the selected date. Orders cannot be canceled or modified, and refunds will not be granted.
- Due to time zone differences, the confirmed cancellation date is based on the supplier’s local time. Please allow 2–5 business days to process your cancellation request, after which the cancellation fee will be charged according to the product’s cancellation policy.
