Staff are not permitted to accompany passengers beyond certain checkpoints but will guide you and stay nearby until the process is completed. 3. Departure Fast Track (International Flights) • Send us your required information at least 3 hours before departure • Arrive at the airport at least 2 hours before your flight • Complete airline check-in independently • Proceed to the meeting point and contact us when you arrive • Our staff will meet and escort you to the priority immigration lane ⚠️ Note: Staff cannot pass certain checkpoints but will guide you to the correct priority lanes and ensure a smooth process.
