Please arrive at the designated location 15 minute(s) before the scheduled departure time, as the tour will depart on time
The minimum age is 10 years old, and anyone under 15 must have adult consent at check-in
Participants must weigh between 35kg and 150kg . For tandem bungy jumps, the maximum combined weight is 150kg, and the weight difference between the two jumpers cannot exceed 30kg
Customers who are pregnant or have photosensitive epilepsy are not permitted to jump
A doctor's certificate is required for anyone with osteoporosis, scoliosis, or a recent concussion
Customers must inform the crew of conditions such as high/low blood pressure, heart conditions, epilepsy, asthma, diabetes, broken bones, neurological disorders, panic/anxiety attacks, or recent injuries
Personal glasses may not be allowed for safety reasons, but free prescription safety glasses are provided
Allow 2 hours for the entire experience
If you want to dip your head in the ocean during the bungy jump, let your jump master know, but be aware it is not guaranteed as it depends on factors like the ocean level
Spectators are welcome in the purpose-built viewing pod for a fee of $20 per person
