Daily car usage time: 10 hours
(The rental period starts from the agreed departure time. If you are late, please contact the driver promptly. If you are more than 30 minutes late and have not been contacted, the driver will leave without a refund. If you are late but have been contacted, the driver will continue to wait, and the waiting time will also be counted in the rental time. If the rental time exceeds 10 hours, an overtime fee will be charged.)
Pick-up and drop-off locations: Limited to Nagoya city area. Please specify any special requirements when placing your order for customer service confirmation.
Driver's service languages: Japanese/Chinese (Mandarin) ※The driver will provide a brief explanation in the vehicle but will not accompany the passenger into the scenic area.

[Vehicle Information]
The comfortable 7-seater model has a maximum passenger capacity of 6 people and can accommodate up to 3 small 20-inch suitcases when all 6 passengers are seated. For each passenger less, it can accommodate one more 24-inch suitcase.
Maximum passenger capacity of the luxury 7-seater model: 6 people. Luggage capacity: With 6 passengers, a maximum of 3 20-inch suitcases can be accommodated; for each fewer passenger, 1 additional 24-inch suitcase can be added.
Comfortable 10-seater model: Maximum passenger capacity: 9 people; Luggage capacity: 10 pieces of checked luggage.
If the usage time exceeds 10 hours, an overtime fee will be charged: 2,500 yen/30 minutes for 7-seater vehicles and 4,000 yen/30 minutes for 10-seater vehicles. Please pay the driver in cash on-site.
For rides exceeding 7:00 AM to 9:00 PM, a late-night service fee of 2,000 yen per hour will be charged. Please pay the driver in cash on-site.
If the hotel is located outside of Nagoya City during the 20-hour or 30-hour private charter car service, an additional accommodation fee of 8,000 yen per night will be charged to the driver. This fee will be collected by the driver in cash from the traveler at the end of the trip.
The first child seat is provided free of charge. For the second and subsequent seats, a charge of 2,000 yen per seat will be applied. Please note this when placing your order and pay the driver in cash on-site.
Customer service hours: 7:00 to 21:00.
If you wish to change the pre-arranged pick-up location/time/route, please contact customer service before 21:00 before departure.
If a guest is late, the driver will wait for 30 minutes and deduct the late time from the private charter car time. If more than 30 minutes have passed and the driver cannot contact the guest, the driver will leave without refunding the fare.
If you are unable to complete your tour within the scheduled service time due to lateness, you can choose to continue the tour and pay the overtime fee, or choose to adjust your tour to shorten the tour time to the scheduled service time.
Please do not eat or drink inside the vehicle. If the vehicle is soiled, a cleaning fee will be charged according to the driver's judgment.
In case of severe weather, the itinerary for the day may be cancelled or rescheduled to other attractions. Thank you for your understanding.
If you are unable to travel due to force majeure (such as flight cancellations, natural disasters, etc.), please notify customer service as soon as possible and provide evidence. A refund may be issued depending on the circumstances.
