Please note the following when participating in this course:
Participant age: 2 to 70 years old
Clothing and what to bring: [Clothing and Equipment] - While SUP is primarily enjoyed on a board, please wear clothes that can get wet in case you fall into the water. Avoid wearing cotton clothing such as sweatshirts or jeans, as they not only become heavy and difficult to move in when wet, but also take a long time to dry and can reduce body heat. - Wear barefoot or sandals. - Please bring eyeglass bands and hat bands. [What to bring] - Water, towel, change of clothes - Rainwear or other clothing that will keep you warm when wet, except in July, August, and September
Rental equipment: SUP board, paddle, PFD, and leash cord. Glasses bands and clothing are not available for rental.
