After a short stroll, you will cycle through the wooded villa area toward Kyu-Karuizawa. We will guide you through the back alleys of Kyu-Karuizawa to classic spots such as St. Paul's Catholic Church, the Shaw Memorial Chapel, and the Karuizawa Tennis Court, famous for the romance between the Emperor Emeritus and Empress Emerita. Along the way, we will introduce you to gourmet and shopping spots known only to locals. We will take you to hidden sides of Karuizawa not found in guidebooks. The entire route is flat, making it accessible for everyone regardless of age or gender.
