Participant age: 15 to 100 years old
What to wear and bring: Lunch, swimsuit, change of clothes, socks, quick-drying shirt and tights (to wear under a wetsuit, such as a rash guard or fleece). Useful items: Swimming goggles, waterproof camera, gloves, and a sense of determination.
Rental equipment: ・Helmet (a water sports-specific model with a unique design that prevents water from dripping onto your face) ・Wetsuit (usually 3mm thick, but we use a 5mm suit to ensure warmth) ・Life jacket (7.5kg buoyancy, so you can dive safely, even if you can't swim) ・Canyon shoes (featuring the latest "Aquastealth" sole, so you can feel safe even on wet rocks) ・Harness (safety belt) ★Details will be provided after you apply.
