Regarding cancellation of the event:
- The tour will be held even if it is raining. The only times the tour will be cancelled due to weather are when a thunderstorm or tsunami warning is issued, when there is strong wind, high waves, or a typhoon (it may be possible depending on the typhoon's path and size). *If we can make a decision the day before, we will contact you by the evening. If the weather suddenly changes, the tour will be cancelled at the instructor's discretion on the day.
Please note the following when participating in this course:
- ・If you need glasses, we will lend you a glasses band. If you wear contact lenses, we recommend disposable contact lenses. By the way, contact lenses rarely fall out even when you open your eyes at the beach. ・We have a dedicated parking lot (2,000 yen on weekends and holidays from July to September, 1,500 yen on weekdays from July to September, 1,500 yen on weekends and holidays from October to June, and 800 yen on weekdays from October to June).

What to wear and bring: Swimsuit, towel, lunch, shampoo, water shoes (sneakers or athletic shoes that can get wet are also acceptable). We also recommend bringing sun protection (sunscreen, hat, rash guard, etc.).
Regarding rental equipment: We will rent out the equipment necessary for SUP free of charge.

・By car:
If you are coming by car, take the Yokohama-Yokosuka Expressway "Asahina IC" towards Kamakura and Zushi Marina. In front of the Kamakura Prefectural Parking Lot.
There is a parking lot reserved for the shop, with a capacity of 15 cars (fee applies).
・By train:
Get off at the east exit of JR Yokosuka Line "Kamakura Station." Take bus stop No. 7 to "Iijima" on the bus bound for Zushi via Kotsubo.
Walk back 30 steps from the bus stop.
Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations 1 day(s) (inclusive) before the selected date are allowed. Unused orders can be canceled for free
- Cancellation is not allowed between 0–0 days from the selected date. Orders cannot be canceled or modified, and refunds will not be granted.
- Due to time zone differences, the confirmed cancellation date is based on the supplier’s local time. Please allow 2–5 business days to process your cancellation request, after which the cancellation fee will be charged according to the product’s cancellation policy. Once the cancellation is confirmed, you will receive your refund within 14 working days.
