From Lake Chuzenji in Okunikko to Lake Kawaguchi, a journey of nearly 200 kilometers, we were extremely grateful to our driver for making our family trip with my 85-year-old mother-in-law a smooth one, avoiding the hassle of multiple transfers. The driver was also very quick to respond, assisting us in going to the pharmacy to buy medicine and caring for my mother. It was a very worthwhile two-day, one-night chartered trip; heartfelt thanks!
The staff were incredibly friendly. We opted for the basic package, and the staff explained what was included and what items could be added as optional extras. They weren't pushy at all, and even when we didn't choose any additional items, they weren't rude. Highly recommended!
Thank you to our tour guide, Li Hanshan, for your enthusiastic and excellent guidance. You enabled us to smoothly complete the entire itinerary in one day. We not only saw the unique features of Kamakura, but also the Slam Dunk level crossing that we had been longing to see. Finally, we visited Enoshima to enjoy the romantic blue sea view and taste delicious seafood, which was a truly enjoyable experience.
Thank you, Mio-san, for guiding us on this trip. As a bilingual (English, Japanese, and Mandarin) tour guide who has lived in Tokyo for over 20 years, she was professional, considerate, and meticulous. She carefully explained the origins of each place's name and suggested itineraries. Her enthusiasm was just right—moderate and never overwhelming. She was always there with a gentle smile, offering help whenever needed. We really liked this guide; she possessed the solid, down-to-earth demeanor of someone from Tokyo, yet maintained the practicality, efficiency, and approachable politeness of a Chinese person. She ensured a quiet and peaceful trip, making us feel safe and secure. I especially loved her explanation of the origin of the name "Tokyo" (a timeless reversal of "Kyoto"). The pirate ship was exquisitely constructed, and the scenery along the way was beautiful. The black eggs at Owakudani were interesting. Enoshima was also beautiful (we came because it's a scene from a Korean drama 😁).
Excellent service from booking to pickup and drop off.
