Please arrive at the designated meeting point 10 minutes before departure. If you miss the departure time, you will not be able to board the ship.
There are no restrooms available during the flight, so please use the restroom before departure.
In case of rain, the ship will be equipped with rain shelters and will continue to sail as usual. However, in the event of weather warnings, strong winds, or sudden rainfall, the voyage may be cancelled or the route changed. We apologize for any inconvenience.
Whether the departure will proceed as scheduled will be assessed based on the weather forecast at 17:00 the previous day and communicated to everyone via email; the final decision will be confirmed 3 hours before departure.
Since pets are allowed to ride with you, please inform us in advance if you do not wish to ride with a pet.
When using an e-ticket, please use a smartphone or tablet, click the e-ticket link you received after booking, show the e-ticket to the staff, and press the use button.
*Electronic tickets can only be used in an online environment. Please confirm beforehand that your mobile device can access the internet.

*If you purchase multiple tickets at once, they cannot be used separately. Once used, all tickets will be used simultaneously. If you wish to use the tickets individually multiple times, please purchase them separately.
* To prevent unauthorized use, when you reactivate an e-ticket in a different environment than when you first activated it, the system will require you to verify it using an OTP dynamic password. Please follow the steps below to complete the verification.
1. Please enter an email address that can receive emails normally, and press the send button.
2. Please check your inbox to see if you have received the OTP password email. If you cannot find the email, it may have been categorized as spam. If you still cannot find it in your spam folder, it may be due to an incorrect email address. Please reopen the e-ticket website and enter your email address again.
3. Please enter the OTP password provided in the email on the e-ticket screen and click Confirm. If the password is correct, you will be redirected to the e-ticket usage screen.
Please note: Once OTP verification is complete, the email address cannot be changed. Therefore, please be sure to enter your own email address during verification.
