In the event of inclement weather such as typhoons or snowstorms, a decision on whether to cancel the tour will be made 2 day(s) before departure (local time 07:00). Notifications will then be sent via email

Participants must be a minimum height of 120cm and not weigh more than 120kg in order to waterbike independently
The maximum recommended weight of the user is 120kg (265lbs). In fact the waterbike can handle more weight than that but we put a safety margin for a comfortable and safe ride
Dress code should be appropriate for the weather conditions, no need for participants to enter water. Please bring a hat and sunglasses
Operator will notify participants of cancellation within 24 hours if inclement weather
