We recommend the handmade tagliolini, which was the first dish the chef learned after 10 years of training in Italy. This thin, crisp fresh pasta is served with a sauce made from fermented butter and sage. We also offer an à la carte menu using meat, fish, and vegetables sourced from all over Japan. Please enjoy a dish that suits your taste.
Our staff personally attend tastings and only stock wines that they believe are delicious, mainly from Italy and France. You can also use our restaurant as a wine bar, enjoying your favorite drink while nibbling on our signature dishes.
Our restaurant is located in a semi-basement and can be seen from the outside. Carefully selected furniture, such as tables made from a new marble-like material made from jeans and leather chairs, create a stylish atmosphere. The calm interior is equipped with a 5m long counter finished with hornbeam wood and seats 6. We also have a table with 6 seats that can accommodate from 2 people to groups.
