The fresh fish used is mainly fresh tuna and local fish from Hirosaki, procured directly from fishermen by the owner. It is rare to find a restaurant that procures directly from fishermen, and the appeal is that they can provide extremely fresh fish. The owner is also a fishing enthusiast, and during the tuna fishing season from June to December, he goes out to fish for tuna himself, butchers the tuna he catches and serves it to customers. The most popular menu item at our restaurant is the sashimi platter. Not only is it fresh, but the portions are large and reasonably priced, making it an excellent value for money.
We recommend the 5,000 yen banquet course. We offer counter seats where you can relax alone, as well as table seats with partitions separating all seats. We also have a private party room that can accommodate up to 50 people, making it ideal for large banquets. We also have private rooms available for small groups.
