  • Check each attraction's eligibility criteria for child discounts or free admission before purchasing passes for your children
  • Los Angeles Pass is valid only from 09:00 to 17:30. If you plan to visit an attraction in the evening, please ensure that you enter before 17:30. You will then be welcomed to stay until closing time
  • The validity period is based on calendar days (00:00–23:59), not a 24-hour cycle. If you use your pass on April 1, one valid day will be deducted after 23:59 on April 1, regardless of use time
  • Los Angeles Pass will be valid for the number of days you purchased over a 14-day period. For example, if you have a 3-day pass and activate it on April 1 (the first valid day), but choose not to use it on April 2 and skip a day, your pass remains valid. You can still use it on April 3 (the second valid day)
  • Please be aware that each attraction can be visited only once using the Pass
  • Once an order is confirmed, requests for changes or upgrades cannot be accommodated. Please consider this before making a booking
  • Free cancellation applies only to unused passes
