We used this service for a trip to Disneyland with our preschool-aged child and parents. About 10 years ago, we used a shared taxi service called SuperShuttle, but it seems to have been discontinued, and there are no direct buses from Los Angeles Airport. So, the options are Uber, Lyft, or arranging a transfer. In California, when traveling with children by car, a car seat (equivalent to a child safety seat) is required, and the number of Uber cars that offer this option is limited, and the fares are also higher. That's why we used this transfer service. The description says you can board directly from each terminal at Los Angeles Airport, but in reality, the pickup was at LAX-it, where Uber and other services gather. (You will receive a notification via SMS or WhatsApp.) You can travel by free shuttle bus, but it gets very crowded. Also, immigration procedures take time, so you need to make sure you are on time. On the return trip, the flight from the hotel to Los Angeles Airport dropped us off in front of our terminal. The driver was quiet, but he helped us with our luggage and was considerate of our child, for which we are grateful.
