The one-way pick-up waiting time is ten minutes. If the waiting time exceeds/extra time, the fare will increase: five-passenger car: TWD300 within one hour; eight-passenger car: TWD$500 within one hour, and so on. Please pay on site.
Departure before 8:00 am or service after 10:00 pm will incur the following surcharges, with fees to be paid on-site directly to the driver: - 5-seater car: NT$ 400 - 8-seater car: NT$ 500

If travelers' booking info does not align with the information provided on-site, the supplier has the right to refuse service
1 piece of luggage occupies 1 passenger seat. Please indicate the size (luggage definition: baggage over 18") and the number of luggage in the Requests & Remarks section when booking. In the event of discrepancies between the actual luggage number and the luggage number provided when booking, the driver reserves the right to decline service
Complying with Taiwanese laws, children below 4 years old are required to use a car seat, and children from 4–12 years old are recommended to use a booster seat. Please indicate the death of birth, height, and weight of your children in the Requests & Remarks section when booking. The first car seat is free of charge, the second (and so on) car seats require a fee of NT$ 300/seat, with fees to be paid on-site directly to the driver

Please note that certain behaviors should be avoided on the vehicle due to the fact that they will cause inconvenience for other travelers, such as eating, drinking, smoking, putting on sunscreen, kicking the back of the driver’s seat, spitting out the window, or littering
