- If you wish to be picked up from a hotel in the Uehara area, please enter your hotel name and address in the "Requests & Remarks" column when booking. The pick-up time will be communicated to you by the local operator. *Hotels other than those in the Uehara area (Jungle Hotel Painu Maya / Eco Village Iriomote / La Teada Iriomote Resort etc.) are not included in the pick-up area. If you are staying at the hotels listed above, please take a bus or taxi to Uehara Port.
Reminders
The meeting and drop-off time will change depending on the season and field conditions on the day. The day before the tour, the local operator will contact you about the meeting place and meeting time. The tour is held even on rainy days. However, if it is determined that the safety of the participants cannot be ensured, the tour may be canceled

Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations 3 day(s) (inclusive) before the selected date are allowed. Unused orders can be canceled for free
- For cancellations made 2 to 2 days prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 50% will apply
- Cancellation is not allowed between 0–1 days from the selected date. Orders cannot be canceled or modified, and refunds will not be granted.
- Due to time zone differences, the confirmed cancellation date is based on the supplier’s local time. Please allow 2–5 business days to process your cancellation request, after which the cancellation fee will be charged according to the product’s cancellation policy. Once the cancellation is confirmed, you will receive your refund within 14 working days.
