To use the Windmill House reservation system, you must agree to all relevant regulations. For the security of your transaction and accommodation, the reservation holder's information should match the guest's. Please provide the same identity document at check-in
Tickets are required for park entry. The full ticket price is NTD100 per person for those aged 12 to 65. Individuals aged 3 to 12 and over 65, or those with a disability certificate, along with their guardians or necessary companions, pay half price at NTD50 per person. These tickets can offset dining expenses at Photos Bar
Each house provides one parking space. Other vehicles should park in the parking lot, which costs NTD50 per vehicle per time
Guests are advised to bring their own slippers as Windmill does not provide indoor or outdoor slippers
Smoking and alcohol are prohibited in the house, and pets are not allowed. Violators will be charged cleaning fees accordingly
Visitors must purchase a non-refundable ticket to enter the park, register at the housekeeper's office, and show their ID. Each visitor will be charged a cleaning fee of NTD200. Visiting hours should not exceed 10:00 pm. Overtime visitors will be charged according to the table, with a maximum of 5 visitors per station, including children
If guests invite visitors to dine with them, they should notify the butler 7 days in advance. Meal prices are NTD650 per adult portion and NTD400 per child portion, including cleaning fees
Please use the House equipment with care. Furniture and bed sets are not allowed to be moved at will, and other park facilities are not allowed to be moved into the House. If there is any damage, compensation will be paid according to the price

If a typhoon is announced in Queenstown Forest on your check-in day and classes are suspended, the housekeeper will proactively call to inform you. You will be offered either a full refund or an extension of 6 months
