- If you require a departure time before the standard service hours, please consult KKday customer service regarding additional fees before booking. Please note this in the "Remarks" section; the extra fee can be paid on-site.
- When booking, please provide detailed information for your pickup and drop-off locations (Name / Address / Phone Number), such as hotel names or ports. If departing from the airport, please provide your flight information.
- Please provide your LINE / WhatsApp / WeChat ID during booking. This allows our Chinese-speaking customer service team to contact you and confirm your itinerary approximately 5 days before your departure.
- The first child safety seat is provided free of charge. If you require an infant seat, please request it at the time of booking. Please note that child safety seats are not available for bus charters.

Overtime fees for private charter car
Overtime fees will be collected directly by the driver, with any time less than 30 minutes charged as 30 minutes. Please pay the driver in cash.

Bus:

Overtime pay for night shifts
Service hours are 07:00~21:00. Use outside these hours will incur an overtime fee of JPY 1,500 per 30 minutes.
Services less than 30 minutes will be charged as 30 minutes. Overtime fees will be collected directly from the driver and must be paid in cash.

Child seat cost
The first child safety seat is free; subsequent seats will be charged JPY 2,000 each, payable in cash to the driver. Child safety seats are not provided on the bus.
Reminders
After receiving your booking confirmation email from KKday, our Chinese customer service team will contact you approximately 5 days before your departure to confirm your itinerary. Please keep an eye out for our messages.
If the pick-up location is too narrow to meet you at the door, you will need to walk a short distance to our designated pick-up point. Please be aware of this.
According to Japanese traffic laws, drivers cannot drive continuously for more than 2.5 hours and must have at least 30 minutes of rest time.
The private charter car start time is based on the reservation time. Please be on time at the designated pick-up location.
Please select a suitable private charter car duration. Private charter car time cannot be extended on the day of the private charter car. If you do not return to the vehicle after the private charter car time, the driver has the right to unload your luggage and leave.
No refund will be given for the price difference if the private charter car trip ends early.
If the trip cannot proceed as scheduled due to force majeure events such as typhoons or earthquakes, a full refund will be issued.
Surcharges (child safety seat, empty vehicle fare, remote area surcharge, bus driver's meals & tips, private charter car overtime and night surcharge) must be paid in cash to the driver on the day of departure. If payment is refused, the driver has the right to refuse to carry passengers and will not refund the fare.
The itinerary must include attractions along the way to avoid traveling between different areas (e.g., south first, then north, then back to south). We will arrange a smooth and safe driving route for you based on the actual road conditions.
This product is a single-group private charter car service. Passengers must board and alight at the same time. It does not support boarding and alighting in batches or turning back to pick up and drop off different members midway.
