The cable car ride is one-way, from Hon Thom back to An Thoi Station.
In case the Aquatopia Water Park is closed or in maintenance, the cable car ride is still included in the itinerary and there will be no difference in tour price.
In cases of force majeure (terrorism, war, natural disasters, bad weather conditions, etc) or because of a ban on boat/ speedboat, cars, roads, strikes, the flight delay/cancel, etc... tour itineraries may be adjusted or cancelled. Booking shall be refunded for unused services and no other compensation to be applied.
The tour program might be changed based on the conditions and still maintain the number of visiting places.
Customers are required to actively provide full name, ID number and the date of birth in order to buy the tourism insurance.
