We showcase ingredients sourced primarily from Nagano, Yamanashi, and Tokyo through the lens of Italian and French cuisine. Enjoy seasonal dishes available à la carte or as part of a course. We also offer a wide variety of global wines, sake, craft beers, and original craft gins. Private bookings for small groups of 6 to 8 people are available, and we are happy to accommodate both set menus and custom requests. We strive to be a flexible and convenient restaurant that meets our customers' needs as much as possible.
Our cuisine mainly uses carefully selected ingredients from producers in Nagano, Yamanashi, and Tokyo. As the restaurant is located on a highway that connects to the Koshu Kaido, we focus on ingredients from Nagano and Yamanashi. We also serve meat and game from Yamanashi and Nagano. We serve dishes that allow you to see the faces of the producers. Our sauces are made with plenty of carefully selected ingredients, such as Nagano beets, homemade black garlic paste, and Yamanashi plums.
We recommend the pasta prepared by a chef with over 20 years of experience in Italian cuisine. The large portions of vegetables and meat make for a visually stunning dish. The carefully selected ingredients include basil from Tokyo and wild mushrooms that the owner himself purchases and collects, and the menu changes with the seasons. We also offer standard pasta, including handmade pasta made with wheat flour from Nagano, so please give it a try.
Our restaurant has a wide variety of wines, with a focus on Italian wines, but also offers bottles of domestic wines from Yamanashi Prefecture and rare, high-quality natural wines. We have over 10 types of wine to enjoy by the glass, boasting a wide range of options including sparkling, red, white, rosé, and orange. We will also suggest wines that go well with your food, so you can enjoy pairing them with your meal. We also offer Fujiyama Beer, a craft beer from Yamanashi Prefecture.
Although our restaurant is located in Shinjuku, it is like a hideaway that will help you forget the hustle and bustle of the city. The interior is simple and modern in design, making it perfect for a special time with loved ones or a relaxing time with friends. There are tables suitable for small groups, so you can enjoy your meal at your leisure. It can also be rented out for private use for 6 to 8 people, making it perfect for girls' parties and small banquets, making it extremely convenient. - Cancellation Policy: The cancellation policy for this product is divided into KKday's reservation fee cancellation policy and the restaurant's cancellation policy.

Japanese restaurants strictly adhere to the reservation time system. If you are late, it will be considered as a voluntary cancellation of the reservation. Latecomers cannot request changes, cancellations, or refunds for this reason.
The Promotional photos are for reference only. If the actual dishes served is different than the reference, please reflect that to the restaurant, who will be responsible for this matter fully.
Dining time is limited. If you're late and therefore shorten the dining time, the dining time cannot be extended.

If dining is not possible due to a natural disaster, KKday will refund the reservation fee.
