To reach the riverside dining area, you will need to descend a slippery staircase from inside the restaurant. The riverside dining area consists of tatami mat seating, and chairs and tables are not available. There are gaps in the riverside dining area so you can enjoy a view of the river. Please be careful of your footing as you will need to remove your shoes and walk on the tatami mats.

Please note that you will be sharing the shuttle bus and dining area with individual guests who are not part of Club Tourism. Depending on the occupancy of the facilities on the day, you may have to wait 30 minutes or more before your meal is served (tour participants are not given priority for meal service).

This plan utilizes the restaurant's free shuttle bus, rather than a large tour bus. Therefore, you may be seated in an auxiliary seat or sharing a table with other groups.

This is a tour where you meet and disperse at the destination. A tour guide will not accompany you. On the day of your trip, staff from the dining facility will handle check-in and guidance, so we will provide your name and contact information to the dining facility.

If the river level is high due to rain or stormy weather not only on the day of the tour but also in the days leading up to it, your meal may be held indoors, and you may not be able to dine on the riverside terrace. In that case, the tour will still depart as scheduled, and cancellation/change fees will be charged as per the regulations, so please be aware of this in advance.

Preschool children and infants are not permitted to participate.

The cost of drinks during meals is not included in the tour price. Please pay for them individually at the location.

We are unable to provide any alternative menus or accommodate dietary allergies.

A driver will pick you up at the meeting point by shuttle bus and then escort you to the dining facility. Please note that due to heavy traffic in Kyoto city, there may be delays in picking you up at the meeting time. The bus will definitely come, so we ask for your cooperation in waiting until it arrives.
