Please arrive at the designated location 15 minute(s) before the scheduled departure time, as the tour will depart on time

On the shuttle bus and at the dining venue, you will be sharing your seat with individual customers who are not Club Tourism customers. Depending on how busy the facility is on the day, you may have to wait at your seat for 30 minutes or more before your meal is served (tour participants are not given priority in the food service).

This plan uses the free shuttle bus to the restaurant instead of a large tourist bus. Therefore, you may need to use an extra seat or share a seat with other groups.

If you are not present at the boarding point after the departure time, the bus will depart without notice.

The shuttle bus meeting place requires a reservation. If you wish to change the meeting place, please contact us at least 3 business days before the trip. We may not be able to accept changes after the above date.

This is a course where you meet and disband at the location. There will be no tour conductor, and on the day of the trip, the restaurant staff will be handling reception and guidance, so we will contact the restaurant with your name and contact information.

If the river is flooded due to rain or bad weather not only on the day of the tour but also the previous day, you may be required to eat inside the restaurant (indoors) and not be able to eat on the riverside. In such cases, the tour will still depart as scheduled and cancellation and change fees will be charged as per regulations, so please be aware of this in advance.

For safety reasons, preschool children and infants are not allowed to participate.

Drinks during meals are not included in the tour price. Please pay for them yourself at the venue.

As this is a comprehensive tour for groups, we cannot accept requests to change the meal content, except in cases where there is a risk to physical safety, such as allergies or dietary restrictions based on medical judgment. Please prepare your own meals. We also cannot refund the meal fee or take away meals.
