If you add a second boarding location to a boarding location, an additional fee will be charged according to the following surcharge areas. For example, within the city of Kaohsiung, an additional TWD300 will be charged for each boarding location.
Explanation of surcharges for non-boarding service areas:
If the pick-up or drop-off location is in a non-service area, a one-way surcharge will be charged; if both the pick-up and drop-off locations are in a non-service area, a round-trip surcharge will be charged (e.g., if the pick-up location is in Kaohsiung City and the drop-off location is in, only a one-way surcharge of TWD 500 will be charged; if both the pick-up and drop-off locations are in Banqiao, a round-trip surcharge of TWD 1,000 will be charged)

Passengers are responsible for any additional expenses incurred due to failure to comply with the reasonable number of passengers and luggage load capacity recommended by the vehicle model.

- Cancellations 30 day(s) (inclusive) before the selected date are allowed. Unused orders can be canceled for free
- For cancellations made 20 to 29 days prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 20% will apply
- For cancellations made 8 to 19 days prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 30% will apply
- For cancellations made 4 to 7 days prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 50% will apply
- Cancellation is not allowed between 0–3 days from the selected date. Orders cannot be canceled or modified, and refunds will not be granted.
- Due to time zone differences, the confirmed cancellation date is based on the supplier’s local time.
