This tour is a local tour mainly for Japanese people. The tour conductor will speak Japanese, but necessary information will be provided in written form in English/Chinese. In addition, in the event of an emergency, we will use translation apps on tablet devices to assist you.

In case of tour cancellation, we will contact you at least 4 days before the departure date.

At the meeting point, a staff member will be waiting for you with a "Hankyu Travel International" sign (board or flag). Please check the course name and complete the check-in under the name of the representative. Also, check-in will only be done once all members of your party are present.

This tour is not guided. The tour conductor will manage the tour itinerary (but will not act as a tourist guide).

Depending on the number of participants, you may be seated in front of or behind other passengers on the bus. Please be aware of this in advance. Please leave seating arrangements on buses, trains, and boats to us.

Children aged 6 to 12 years old are charged the same as adults. Passengers aged 3 to 6 years old will only be provided with a bus seat. Other meals, takeaway fees, and other expenses incurred during the trip are not included.

The menu may vary depending on the season.

The bus company may change on the day of departure due to a malfunction of the bus or the driver's health condition (we are not responsible for any changes due to these reasons).

Drinking alcohol on the bus is prohibited.

The above schedule may be subject to change depending on the availability of buses and other transportation, weather, local conditions, road conditions, etc.

We are unable to accommodate individual requests, such as changes to the meal menu.

All meals and all-you-can-drink are served at the same time.

Tourist information pamphlets and other materials handed out by tour guides are generally in Japanese.

Drinking alcohol is prohibited under the age of 20 in Japan. Drinking too much is bad for your health.

There is an additional fee for visiting the outdoor baths. Face towels and bath towels are not provided, so please bring your own.

All takeaway is included in the price of the trip.

Please note that due to road conditions on the day, return time may be significantly delayed and you may not be able to make the last public transportation.
