【Size and Weight Limits】

  • Taiwan → Macau, 6kg weight limit, includes a 40*30*30(CM) carton
    1. Size limit: If using your own carton, please ensure the sum of length, width, and height does not exceed 36,000cm³
    2. Single side length limit: Length, width, and height must not exceed 200cm, 145cm, and 180cm respectively
    3. Content limit: The value of the shipment must not exceed NTD 50,000
    4. Weight limit: 6kg limit; if overweight, please contact customer service

  • Taiwan → Macau, 15kg weight limit, includes a 70*40*32(CM) carton)
    1. Size limit: If using your own carton, please ensure the sum of length, width, and height does not exceed 89,600cm³
    2. Single side length limit: Length, width, and height must not exceed 200cm, 145cm, and 180cm respectively
    3. Content limit: The value of the shipment must not exceed NTD 50,000
    4. Weight limit: 15kg limit; if overweight, please contact customer service


【Usage Process】
1. Please select your desired booking date
2. Within 1 day after booking, you will receive an order confirmation email from SF Express Taiwan. Please keep an eye on your KKday messages, as an SF Express representative will contact you to confirm pickup details
3. Meet the SF Express Taiwan courier at the designated time and location to confirm your package
4. The courier will assist in inspecting your items and weight on-site
5. If the package is overweight, oversized, or incurs other additional fees, please contact SF Express customer service immediately via KKday messages and follow their instructions to pay the balance on KKday for the order to be officially confirmed
6. SF Express reserves the right to refuse shipment if there are operational errors on-site
7. Using this service constitutes agreement to the SF Express Taiwan Terms of Carriage

Cancellation Policy

  • Cancellations 1 day(s) (inclusive) before the selected date are allowed. Unused orders can be canceled for free
  • Cancellation is not allowed between 0–0 days from the selected date. Orders cannot be canceled or modified, and refunds will not be granted.
NOTE
  • Due to time zone differences, the confirmed cancellation date is based on the supplier’s local time. Please allow 2–5 business days to process your cancellation request, after which the cancellation fee will be charged according to the product’s cancellation policy.
