What You Can Expect
The owner personally visits Shibaura, known as the sacred place for meat, and buys what he thinks is good directly, regardless of the brand of beef. We even buy whole Shibaura Kuroge Wagyu cows! We offer more delicious items at reasonable prices, mainly domestic Kuroge Wagyu chateaubriand and black tongue. By having the owner go directly to purchase, we can stock up on more and better meat, such as black tongue, which is generally difficult to obtain. Please enjoy our carefully selected meat that we are proud of.
Rare Kuroge Wagyu beef tongue and skirt steak. Not only is it delicious, but it is also tender and free of any unpleasant odors, allowing you to enjoy the original taste of the meat. After much trial and error, we have adopted French sea salt for our signature black tongue. We also have homemade dipping sauces, so you can feel the difference in taste. Please compare the seasonings and find your favorite way to eat.
All seats are equipped with healthy roasters, providing a comfortable space where you do not have to worry about smoke or odors! The restaurant has high ceilings and is spacious. Since there are no ducts, the tabletop does not feel cramped and there is a sense of openness. Furthermore, the meat is grilled using far-infrared rays, resulting in a tender and juicy finish. We are very particular about the interior and equipment. Female customers are also welcome to visit us!

- Please confirm with your companions by the day before, as cancellation fees will be charged for same-day cancellations for any reason, including incorrect reservation dates, incorrect number of people, or poor physical condition.

You must leave the restaurant completely after 150 minutes. * Last order will be taken at 120 minutes. * Changes in the number of people must be made by the day before. Based on the cancellation date, there will be different cancellation charges for KKday's reservation fee (440 JPY per guest).

If you need to change your order, please contact KKday Customer Service. However, please note that KKday and the restaurant have the final decision on whether the order can be changed, so please fill in the details carefully when placing your order.
Please ensure that the order details provided are correct. If there is any error in the order information, you will be responsible for any resulting loss of rights.
Japanese restaurants strictly adhere to the reservation time system. If you are late, it will be considered as a voluntary cancellation of the reservation. Latecomers cannot request changes, cancellations, or refunds for this reason.
Promotional photos are for reference only. If the actual dishes served is different than the reference, please reflect that to the restaurant, who will be responsible for this matter fully.
Dining time is limited. If you're late and therefore shorten the dining time, the dining time cannot be extended.
The restaurant may contact users via email. Please provide an email address that you frequently use and can regularly check.
You understand, agree, and authorize the booking platform to provide booking services and make reservations and relevant requests on your behalf with the restaurant as necessary.
Notwithstanding the terms and conditions of KKday, this product constitutes a direct contract between the restaurant and the user. While KKday Customer Service will provide maximum support, please understand that we cannot assume responsibility.
If dining is not possible due to a natural disaster, KKday will refund the reservation fee.
