- The room type arrangement will be based on the room availability on that day. If there is a need to make up the price difference, KKday customer service will notify you.
- If you are 65 years old or older and wish to join the tour, please assess your physical and mental condition in advance. If you cannot ride a motorcycle or electric scooter, it is recommended to choose to drive (additional fee required on site), and be sure to note it in the order.
- Foreign travelers aged 65 or above who wish to join the tour should book at the adult price. Foreign travelers aged 65 or above who book senior tickets will be charged an additional fee to the adult price on site.
- If there are children aged 0-6 on the trip, some Green Island hotels may charge a cleaning fee of NT$300 depending on their regulations.
- When placing an order, please provide the destination (Taitung Railway Station or Taitung Fengnian Airport) and the desired ferry time (if you have booked a train ticket, please provide the ferry time; if you use transportation other than trains and have connection problems, please provide your estimated arrival and departure time). We will try our best to arrange it for you. If no additional remarks are made, it will be deemed that there is no special requirement. Please refer to the flight information on the voucher for the final decision.
- Since the ferry schedule is not fixed, after booking the departure date, if there is no ferry on that day, our customer service staff will contact you and assist you in changing the departure date. Please refer to the information on the voucher for the actual ferry schedule.
- The basic itinerary provides two people to ride on a 125cc heavy motorcycle. If the number of people ordered is an odd number, there is no additional charge for one person to use the motorcycle.
- Taiwanese passengers must possess and show a motorcycle driver's license, and foreign passengers must also prepare an international "motorcycle" driver's license; if you are unable to use a motorcycle due to failure to show a valid driver's license, please bear the responsibility yourself. (You cannot use a car driver's license as a substitute)
- If you do not have a motorcycle driver's license or international motorcycle driver's license, but you can drive an electric motorcycle, you can choose an electric motorcycle (two people sharing one) at an additional cost on the spot. The price is mainly determined by each operator. To ensure safety, the store will test the ability of passengers to drive an electric motorcycle on the spot based on professional judgment. Only those who meet the requirements can rent it. The subsequent related responsibilities are also borne by the store and the passengers.
- Except for snorkeling which will be led by professionals and requires traveling with others, all other activities are free travel. The itinerary sequence is for reference only. For itineraries that include meals, please confirm the dining location and time with the B&B counter staff after arriving on site.

Because off-island activities and meals must be booked in advance, if the passenger cancels temporarily due to personal reasons or fails to comply with the activity time and is unable to participate, it will be automatically deemed as a waiver and no refund will be given.
Green Island trips are available every day, and the single trip takes about 50 minutes. The correct sailing time is subject to the announcement of the shipping company.
It is recommended to prepare seasickness medicine, a large bath towel, a swimsuit, a swimming cap, sunscreen and a sun hat for use during the trip.
Before traveling, your luggage should be simple and practical, and packed in a dispersed manner. Do not carry a large suitcase when traveling.
Snorkeling is provided with full equipment insurance and qualified instructor guidance.
Passengers who choose electric vehicles will not be able to participate in the night tour included in the itinerary. Please forgive us.
Because there is only one gas station on the outlying islands, and it is only open until 5 o'clock, some operators will fill up the motorcycles with gas first, so that passengers don't have to queue up at the gas station and waste time when picking up the car, and they don't have to worry about the gas station closing when there is no gas available. Therefore, a gas fee of 100 yuan per vehicle will be charged when picking up the car.
During the off-season, BBQ will not be open, and will be replaced by a local cuisine meal. If the local cuisine meal is also not open, a refund of NT$200 per person will be made. Please be advised.
Concessionary tickets (including children aged 6 to 12, seniors aged 65 and above, and people with disabilities) must present their ID when picking up the ticket. The ferry company will verify their identity on site. If you do not bring your ID, you will be charged the full fare.
Due to the real-name system for boarding the ship, all passengers who want to board the ship should first go to the entrance of the waiting room to have their ID cards checked and stamped by security personnel before going to the window to check in and collect their tickets. Domestic passengers should bring their original ID cards, and foreign passengers should bring their passports or residence permits.
