Established 55 years ago. This is a long-standing sushi restaurant where the second generation inherits the craftsmanship and experience accumulated over 65 years, starting from the owner's training days. The owner, who honed his skills in Tokyo and Nagoya, serves seasonal fresh fish selected every morning at its peak flavor. Among them, the fatty tuna is a signature piece you must try. We have 3 private rooms available, suitable for a wide range of occasions including business entertainment, dinners, anniversaries, family celebrations, and formal events. Enjoy authentic sushi in Gifu.
You can order just one nigiri sushi and one roll. The contents change depending on the availability of stock at the time, but we use ingredients procured from the fish market by a fishmonger with whom we have a long relationship. For the rice, we use Koshihikari rice from Toyama, and have created a classic, old-fashioned vinegared rice. You can order your favorite ingredients at the counter seats, pick up some sashimi, and enjoy the flow of eating sushi. Enjoy at a reasonable price.
We don't offer a "chef's choice" option, but we can accommodate requests for ingredients you don't like or your children's favorites. You can also make as many of your favorite ingredients as you like. Please enjoy our proud sashimi and sushi to your heart's content. Takeout is also available! You can also have it delivered to your box. We also have a number of courses available where the ingredients and number of items change depending on the price.
Sushidokoro Hasegawa has a wide variety of local sake. The diverse lineup includes the "Sanzenmori Junmai Daiginjo," which has a smooth texture that enhances the flavor of the food, the "Mutsu Otokoyama Chokara Junmai," which has a sharp spiciness, and the "Midorikawa Junmai," which is fruity and slightly dry. In addition, they also have beer, highballs, sake, and carefully selected shochu. Please enjoy your favorite drink with your sushi.
Our restaurant has a relaxing atmosphere. We have 10 counter seats where you can watch the craftsmanship right in front of you, 4- and 6-seat tables that can be connected together to seat a total of 10 people, and a sunken tatami room that can seat up to 18 people. The tatami room can be partitioned off with sliding doors depending on the number of people ◎ We also have a fully private room that can seat up to 6 people for a more intimate feel. It is perfect for important anniversaries such as birthdays. We look forward to welcoming you for a wide range of occasions.

Japanese restaurants strictly adhere to the reservation time system. If you are late, it will be considered as a voluntary cancellation of the reservation. Latecomers cannot request changes, cancellations, or refunds for this reason.
The Promotional photos are for reference only. If the actual dishes served is different than the reference, please reflect that to the restaurant, who will be responsible for this matter fully.
Dining time is limited. If you're late and therefore shorten the dining time, the dining time cannot be extended.
