With the commitment and discerning eye for meat that has been cultivated over the 50 years since our establishment, we carefully select and purchase only the highest quality Wagyu beef from all over Japan. Popular items include the "Stand-up Skirt Steak" that boasts fine marbling and deep flavor, and the "Top Skirt Steak" that is addictive with its tender meat and moderate fat.
