At our restaurant, we purchase whole Kuroge Wagyu beef, allowing you to enjoy high-quality yakiniku at a reasonable price. Our restaurant offers reasonably priced yakiniku by purchasing an entire Kuroge Wagyu cow from Kyushu. The offal is delivered daily from a reliable supplier and is characterized by its firm texture and little odor. The light "cheek meat" and chewy "urute" are popular dishes. We also offer a thick-cut series that allows you to feel the juiciness in your mouth, including tongue, zabuton, and sirloin. ◎ We cut the meat after receiving an order so as not to lose the flavor of the meat.
A traditional, popular yakiniku restaurant where you can enjoy yakiniku without feeling tense. The restaurant has a total of 50 seats, and has a homey atmosphere with a Japanese feel. The spacious table seats allow you to stretch your legs, and the layout can be changed to suit the number of people. The raised tatami seating area, with its warm wooden feel, is also perfect for customers with children. Another recommended dish is the "Wagyu Yukhoe," which can only be offered at a store certified to handle raw meat. You can enjoy the melting texture and rich flavor of the meat. The domestically produced "Tiger Makgeolli," which is becoming increasingly popular, is characterized by its dry, crisp taste. It can be served by the glass or in a kettle. The "Hori Kajimi Chuhai" is a visually appealing drink filled with about six kinds of fruit, including lemon, kiwi, and strawberry.
