The highlight of our restaurant is undoubtedly our dishes featuring 'Kawachi duck.' Our 'Duck Shabu-shabu Hot Pot' and 'Sashimi' are must-try delicacies! Our courses, which use 'morning-slaughtered chicken' delivered directly from the farm, allow you to enjoy fresh chicken sashimi and tataki! For drinks, we offer Osaka's pride, 'Minoh Beer,' and fresh 'Chikusen' sake served directly from the tap. Our restaurant's relaxed atmosphere is perfect for meals with family and friends, company banquets, or even solo diners. Please feel free to drop by!
Only 200 ducks are shipped per day! We offer dishes that make use of Osaka's brand duck, "Kawachi duck." In particular, the "duck shabu-nabe" is a must-try dish. The soup is made from bonito and kelp stock, and the oil that melts from the duck skin mixes together to create an even more delicious soup. To finish off the meal, try the soba and kanyu noodles, if you like. We also recommend the "sashimi," which has no particular odor and can be eaten raw. You can enjoy the delicious flavor that only fresh ducks can offer, so please give it a try.
If you want to have fun without worrying about your wallet, then the course using chicken slaughtered that morning is the way to go! All chicken is delivered directly from the source, and the "sashimi" and "tataki" dishes are superb, taking advantage of their outstanding freshness. ◎ We also offer a "freshly slaughtered chicken sashimi platter" with 3-4 different cuts of chicken used that day. Enjoy the deliciousness with sweet Amakusa soy sauce, light white soy sauce, sesame oil, and ponzu sauce! Minoh Beer is a local beer that Osaka is proud of, and has won numerous awards at the world beer competition in the UK. They have a wide variety of beers, including pale ale with a pleasant bitterness and aroma, and stout with a taste you will never tire of! Also, don't miss the fresh Japanese sake "Takesen" poured from the tap◎The owner personally visited a brewery in Hyogo Prefecture and carefully selected this "highly recommended" brand of sake. By serving it from the tap, you can enjoy the fresh taste just as it was when it was made!
Our restaurant is marked by a large red lantern and a red noren curtain. The interior has a calm atmosphere with a wood grain motif, making it appealing to people of all ages. We offer counter seats, table seats, and tatami seating, and we can also reserve the restaurant for parties of 20 or more. Dining time is limited. If you're late and therefore shorten the dining time, the dining time cannot be extended.
