The restaurant's name, Grasse, is another name for Laligurs (rhododendron), the national flower of Nepal that blooms from mid-February to mid-April. The owner grew up looking at the bright red Grasse from a young age, so he named it so that he could remember his hometown even though he is far away in Japan. He is proud of his dishes made in a tandoor oven brought from his hometown and spicy curry.
