We source fish from nearby Mikawa Bay. We are especially particular about tuna. Because we don't have to travel long distances, we can deliver fresh fish. Also, the owner enjoys fishing as a hobby, so sometimes his friends catch fish and bring them to us, and sometimes we even sell fish that he has caught himself!
